PURCHASE OPTIONS
If you need a Storage Shed, Carport, or Recreational Building, but do not want to pay the full amount for one up front, we offer rent to own purchase options. The first month's payment plus the sales tax on the payment amount is all that is required to rent to own a 8' wide, 10' wide or 12' wide storage building. There is no deposit if you choose to go with a 24 or 36 month rent to own.
Deposits are required if you choose to go with a 60 month rent to own or if you are needing a 14' wide or 16' wide storage building.
Deposits are applied to your last monthly payment.
There is NO CREDIT CHECK!
NO PENALTY to pay off early!
DELIVERY AND SETUP
Be prepared for your building delivery.
There are some things that must be provided by the customer prior to free delivery.
Delivery and leveling is free with in 50 miles of our lot.
